Digital Wellbeing Coaching Program

Copic is proud to highlight the University of Colorado School of Medicine’s Better Together (BT) Physician Coaching Program. This 4-month digital wellbeing coaching program supports MD/DO trainees, clinical faculty, and staff, including advanced practice providers.

Program Features:

  • Proven Effectiveness: BT is the only coaching program proven to work in both single-site and large national randomized clinical trials, with a sustained impact after the coaching intervention is complete.
  • Timing: Available in Fall (Sept-Dec) and Spring (Feb-May) cohorts.
  • Comprehensive Access: Includes membership on a secure website, up to four 1:1 coaching sessions, twice-weekly live group coaching calls, and 24/7 unlimited written coaching.
  • Lifetime Resources: Access to 16 weeks of self-paced content, including worksheets, webinars, and self-coaching tools.
  • Institutional Benefits: Institutions receive materials to promote the program, detailed instructions for messaging, baseline and end-of-year de-identified wellbeing metrics reports to evaluate the program's effect. ​
  • Subscription Model and Pricing: The program is offered to groups of any size with pricing based on the number of eligible participants: UME/GME trainees: $50 per eligible participant, faculty/staff physicians or APPs: $100 per eligible participant; there is a one-time initiation fee of $1500 for new groups and an annual renewal fee of $750.
