In order to reach as many of our clients as possible, it is our pleasure to present this conference at no cost to attendees. (Please note, this conference is only open to current Copic-insureds.) The conference includes all sessions; Monday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and reception; Wednesday breakfast; and conference hotel rooms for Sunday through Tuesday evenings.
Registration information will be sent via email in January. This conference will be hosted in person; there is no virtual option.

Copic has secured a block of rooms for attendees. In order to guarantee a room for this event, reservations must be made prior to March 28, 2025. A credit card must be provided at check-in for ancillary charges. If you make a room reservation, check in at the Omaha Hilton, and attend the conference as planned, Copic will pay for the room and your credit card will not be charged. If your plans change and you do not cancel your reservation, per the hotel’s cancellation policy, your credit card will be charged.

Parking: Only self-parking validation for this conference is available and will be covered by Copic. Please note that Copic will not cover valet parking. The parking garage is attached to the hotel.
